In
the heart of the prestigious Parioli district of Rome, in a historic building
from the early twentieth century, an attic of 320 square meters has been reborn
thanks to an ambitious and careful renovation. Distributed on two floors, the
apartment has been completely reconfigured to meet the modern needs of the
client, without giving up the unique charm of its historical heritage. The
redefinition of spaces has led to a plant that celebrates natural light and
functionality.
The interior design aims for an impeccable
balance between tradition and innovation. Fine materials such as herringbone
parquet and vintage details have been combined with contemporary and minimalist
elements, creating an environment that speaks of timeless elegance. The choice
of neutral and refined shades amplifies the brightness of spaces, while bespoke
furnishings and cutting-edge technological solutions give personality and
comfort. The renovation was guided by a clear vision: to create a home that
was both functional and representative, able to tell a unique story in which
past and present are interwoven with skill. The result is a penthouse that
reflects not only the needs but also the dreams and aspirations of those who
live it.
